Privacy Policy
Plain English. What we collect, why, and how we handle it.
Effective date: July 10, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes, in general terms, how Simplify Method, LLC ("Simplify Method," "we," "us") handles information when you visit simplifymethod.com (the "Site"). In short: we collect what we need to respond to you and to understand how the Site is used, and we don't sell your personal information.
Information you provide
When you book a Clarity Conversation, the scheduling form (provided by Calendly) asks for your name, email address, business or organization name, revenue range, and a short note about what prompted the call. When you email us, we receive whatever you choose to include. We generally use this information to schedule and prepare for the conversation, respond to your inquiry, and follow up with you.
Information collected automatically
The Site uses Google Analytics and related Google services to understand how visitors use it — pages viewed, approximate location (derived from IP address), device and browser type, and how you arrived. These services set cookies and may collect and use this information for their own purposes as described in Google's privacy policy. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs (IP address, request time, pages requested) for security and reliability.
You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The Site works fine without cookies.
Who we share information with
We share information with the service providers that help us operate the Site and our business — for example, Google (analytics and web fonts), Calendly (scheduling), our website hosting provider, and our email provider. Each handles information under its own privacy terms. We don't sell your personal information. We may also disclose information if we believe it's required by law or appropriate to protect our rights or the safety of others.
Information about your business
Conversations about your business — before or during an engagement — are treated with discretion. If you become a client, confidentiality is addressed in your written engagement agreement, and that agreement governs.
The client portal
The client portal at os.simplifymethod.com is a separate system available to clients under a written engagement agreement. Information collected there is governed by that agreement and the notices presented in the portal.
Do Not Track
Some browsers send "Do Not Track" signals. Like most websites, the Site does not currently respond to them.
Your choices
If you'd like to know what information we hold about you, or would like us to correct or delete it, email support@simplifymethod.com and we'll do our best to help. If you're a California resident, California law may give you additional rights regarding your personal information; the same email is the way to reach us about them.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, though no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure.
Children
The Site is a business-to-business site and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the updated version on this page with a new effective date. Material changes will be noted at the top of the policy.
