Terms of Use
The terms for using this website. Client engagements are governed by their own written agreements.
Effective date: July 10, 2026
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your use of simplifymethod.com (the "Site"), operated by Simplify Method, LLC ("Simplify Method," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
The Site is informational
The content on the Site — including articles, frameworks, descriptions of the five-system model, and the sample Blueprint — is provided for general information. It is not business, financial, legal, or tax advice for your specific situation, and reading it does not create a client relationship with Simplify Method. Every business is different; what the Site describes in general terms may or may not apply to yours.
Services are governed by separate agreements
The Blueprint Diagnostic and ongoing engagements are provided under separate written agreements — a Diagnostic engagement letter and, for ongoing work, a services agreement with an order form — accepted at the time you engage us. Descriptions of services, pricing, and terms on the Site are informational, current as of the effective date above, and subject to change. If anything on the Site differs from a written agreement you have entered into with us (including one accepted electronically), that agreement controls.
The client portal
The client portal at os.simplifymethod.com is available to clients under their engagement agreements, which govern its use. These Terms cover the public Site only.
Our content
The Site and its content — text, frameworks, graphics, the Simplify Method name and logo — belong to Simplify Method, LLC or are used with permission. You're welcome to read it, share links to it, and quote brief excerpts with attribution. Please don't republish or copy it at scale, or use it to offer a competing service, without our permission.
Acceptable use
- Don't attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its infrastructure.
- Don't use the Site to transmit anything unlawful or harmful.
- Don't misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us.
Third-party services
The Site links to third-party services — including Calendly for scheduling and social platforms — that operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We're not responsible for third-party sites or services.
Results described on the Site
Client stories, examples, and figures on the Site describe specific businesses and engagements. They are real, but they are not a promise of results for your business. Outcomes depend on factors we don't control, including your team, market, and execution.
No warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, about the Site — including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its content is complete or current.
Limitation of liability
The Site is free and informational, and you use it at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simplify Method, LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site. This applies to the public Site only — liability in a client engagement is addressed in that engagement's agreement.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and each party bears its own attorneys' fees.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date, and changes apply from posting. If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
